Hi, I'm Dr. Amber, a doctor of physical therapy, menopause coaching specialist, personal trainer and nutrition coach.

MY ORIGIN STORY

I AM ONE OF YOU

 

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, I have dedicated my career to helping women build a better body. Having had two weight loss journeys of my own, I can tell you that the one in my 30s looked significantly different than the one in my 40s.

I help hard-working boss babes in their peri/menopause eras find time in their schedule for healthy habits so they can fit comfortably in their clothes again, feel confident on beach vacations, not be afraid of mirrors and actually look forward to family photo shoots!
